The HTST balance tank is running low: P-101 is supposed to move 60 GPM of raw milk at 45 psig, and the flow at FT-101 is short of duty. Nothing is alarmed; it's just not keeping up. The pump has two gauges that bracket it, a compound PT-101 on the suction and PT-102 on the discharge, plus a strainer ΔP indicator and a VFD keypad that will tell you speed and amps for free. Localize the restriction, then commit to a cause.
