The CE-40 case erector faults within seconds of every start, always on the same HMI banner: TUCK RAM DID NOT ADVANCE (SW4), step TUCK_ADVANCE. Night shift has replaced SW4 twice; the work order now reads "PLC acting up". The tuck station sits behind the guard, where the ram cannot be watched while the machine runs. The HMI banner names a step and a witness; it does not name a culprit. Triage the domain first, then pin the fault.
